LADY TIGERS STRONG BEGINNING TO THE SEASON

LADY TIGERS STRONG BEGINNING TO THE SEASON

Here's a recap of the season so far:

November 17th, the girls won on the road at Brookstone. They were led by Carly Fahey with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Riley Moss added 9 points, 5 rebounds, and 6 steals.

Although the Lady Tigers lost their home opener to Savannah Country Day on November 18th, the game went back in forth for four quarters as both teams execused on the offensive side. SCD made big free throws down the stretch to increase their 5 point lead heading into the fourth quarter to secure the victory. However, King's Ridge played with great effort, intensity, and balanced scoring from four players. Leading scorer was Carly Fahey with 15 points and 6 steals. Arden Holt had 8 points.

Lady Tigers wins a thriller by 1 at Milton on Friday, 39-38. In the back and fourth game, the Lady Tigers outlasted Milton with a strong team defensive performance. The team was led by Carly Fahey's 18 points and Kierstyn Drollette's team season and team high 11 rebounds. Heaven Robinson chipped in with 7 rebounds and a huge lift off the bench in her return.

King's Ridge Lady Tigers lost their region home opener last night to Mount Pisgah 49-41 in an exciting overtime game. The Lady Tigers played hard with enthusiasm and the competitive will to win but couldn't seem to capitalize on their opponent's mistakes.

The Lady Tigers host St. Francis this coming Friday and travel to Pinecrest on Saturday.
